Hi Beauts.
If you read my previous NYC haul post then you may know that I picked up a fair few goodies from the drugstores.
One in particular brand I was excited to find was Wet and Wild, especially the eyeshadow quads and palettes. I almost bought a few of the neutrals but stopped myself because I have so many neutral shadows in my current collection.
One trio I couldn't leave behind was 'Cool as a cucumber'
As soon as I got home I just had to have a play around with my make up and this was the first thing I wanted to try out. So, rather than doing a review and telling you all that the shadows are extremely pigmented, blendable and last all day (these points are all very true) I thought I'd share an Eye of the day post with you
I applied the lighter green all over my lid, then blended MAC's Malt in the crease to pull the look together. Then taking the darker green on a blending brush, I applied this to my outer V and into the crease
Last but not least I used the purple along my lower lashline (I used MAC Blanc type as a highlight )

ReplyDeleteAnyway, onto the post itself ... I love these Wet n Wild Palettes - my friend bought a couple for NYC when she visited earlier in the years and I was so jealous. I need to save up for a trip there I think!
